When will my order ship?

Every Nordic Jackets order is carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. As soon as your jacket is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across the European Union and the United Kingdom, depending on your location and local courier. During winter, snow, holidays, or carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

30-Day Happiness Promise

We want your jacket to feel like it was made for you, because Voll designed every print to be loved through many winters.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to send it back for a full refund. Just make sure your jacket is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags attached, then email us at contact@nordicjacket.com and we'll guide you through the rest.
